Account Manager
MISIÓN: Responsible for expanding and developing strategic relationships with providers of mobile services - driving and growth revenue, ensuring new product adoption, identifying new service opportunities, and fortifying partners satisfaction and their clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for driving revenue growth, product implementation, and customer satisfaction with the company’s partners providers of mobile services
• Develop a successful customer relationship addressing new issues through understanding of the partner’s business.
• Create and keep in touch with providers of mobile services
• Directly carries out search of clients by all accessible ways by accommodation of advertising, participation in exhibitions, fairs, presentations, a direction of offers on means of communications, e-mail, facsimile messages, others..
• Manage the implementation of new products, working with program management and product development to validate partner requirements ensuring applications are launched on-time.
• Solicit customer input and provide feedback to the product marketing, customer support, and product development teams regarding product strategy and key performance indicators.
• Facilitate accurate forecasting of revenue by monitoring revenue trends on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Responsible for all performance goals and assigned revenue quotas.
• Account Manager receives more frequent guidance and direction and co-manages the accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or business related discipline.
• Must be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive the to completion effectively
• Able to maintain strong working relationships and interactions with engineers, customers, senior executives, and product marketing teams
• Proven experience in successfully managing complex
• Demonstrate experience in selling products and/or services to wireless carriers, which may include infrastructure, handsets, software technology, or consumer mobile content
• 2- 4+ years of sales experience
• Proven experience in wireless telecommunications industry.
• Previous experience in marketing and sales
